Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://alphadevhub.gitbook.io/alpha-roleplay/ban-appeal-discord/dominion-roleplay-ban-appeal-rules.md). # 🚫 Dominion Roleplay β€” Ban Appeal Rules ## 🚫 Dominion Roleplay β€” Ban Appeal Rules ### ❗ Read Before Appealing * By submitting an appeal, you agree to follow these rules. * Failure to comply will result in your appeal being **denied without review.** *** ### 🧾 Requirements for Filing a Ban Appeal * You **must** provide your Discord ID and/or FiveM ID. * You **must** state the exact reason for your ban if known. * You **must** provide a truthful and complete explanation. * You **must** wait your turn and allow time for staff to review. * You **must** appeal only **your own ban** β€” not someone else's. * You **may not** make multiple appeals for the same ban. *** ### πŸ—£οΈ Behavior & Conduct * Remain respectful at all times. * Do **not** harass or argue with staff. * Do **not** ping staff members unless instructed to do so. * Do **not** attempt to bribe, guilt-trip, or manipulate staff. * Do **not** DM staff privately regarding your appeal. * Do **not** discuss other players’ bans or appeal statuses. *** ### β›” Forbidden Actions (Instant Appeal Denial) * Lying or providing false information * Using alt accounts to evade a ban * Encouraging others to argue on your behalf * Attempting to pressure or publicly shame staff * Spamming messages or opening duplicate tickets * Threats of legal action, doxxing, or retaliation * Ban-evading by joining on another account or Steam *** ### ⏳ Response Time Expectations * Appeals are reviewed in the order they are submitted. * Staff will respond **as soon as reasonably possible**. * Pressuring staff to answer faster may delay your appeal. *** ### πŸ•ŠοΈ Honesty & Accountability * Owning your actions will **significantly increase** your chances of reinstatement. * Attempting to shift blame or deny clear evidence will usually result in denial. *** ### πŸ” Final Decisions * The reviewing staff member will provide a **clear final ruling**. * Once a decision is made, it is **final** and not open for argument. * You may re-appeal only if: * New verifiable evidence exists, **or** * Staff instructs you to do so after a waiting period. *** ### 🀝 Our Goal The Ban Appeal Discord exists to offer a fair process for returning players who are willing to **show accountability, improve their behavior, and re-enter Dominion Roleplay respectfully.**\ This is not a place for drama β€” it is a place for second chances.
