This guide outlines the key requirements, guidelines, and responsibilities for owning a business within our community. All players wishing to start or purchase a business must follow these rules to help maintain a fair and thriving economy. Please read carefully to ensure compliance. *** ### Community Participation Requirement Before becoming eligible to own a business, you must have been an active member of the Euphoria RP community for at least **two weeks**. This period allows players to understand the core dynamics and culture of the server before assuming the responsibilities of business ownership. During this time, you should engage with other players, participate in community activities, and familiarize yourself with the game’s economy, rules, and business environment. *Note:* Business ownership applications are reviewed based on your engagement during this period. Lack of sufficient activity may result in denial of your application. *** ### Business Activity and Inactivity To sustain a lively economy, businesses must remain active. If a business is inactive for **7 consecutive days**, it will be automatically reclaimed by the government and potentially reassigned to another player. This encourages business owners to remain involved and contribute to community growth. **Exceptions:** * Businesses purchased directly from the Tebex store are exempt from the 7-day inactivity rule. * Players facing real-life difficulties should notify administration with appropriate proof to avoid penalties. *** ### Business Plan Submission A detailed business plan is required when applying to own a business. Your plan should clearly demonstrate your commitment and strategy, including: * **Business Name and Concept:** Describe your business and the products or services it will offer. * **Operational Strategy:** Explain how you will manage staffing, production, sales, and marketing. * **Revenue Model:** Outline how your business will generate income, whether through customers, contracts, or other means. * **Market Research:** Provide insights into the demand for your business within the HTTR economy and how you will differentiate yourself. * **Long-Term Goals:** Share your vision for your business’s future growth and adaptation to community needs. *Note:* AI-generated business plans or copied proposals will be rejected. Your submission must be original and demonstrate your genuine effort. *** ### Business Ownership Transfer and Sale Transferring or selling a business is allowed under the condition that the transaction complies with community rules. All transfers must receive **government approval**, and the new owner must meet all eligibility requirements to maintain responsible ownership. When selling or transferring, you must provide a clear reason for the sale and ensure the new owner understands and follows Euphoria RP business rules. *** ### Compliance with Server Rules and Regulations Business owners are expected to comply with all Euphoria Roleplay guidelines, including government and administrative regulations. Failure to comply may result in penalties, loss of ownership, or bans from future business ownership. Unexpected closures without notice or unresolved obligations may lead to future restrictions on business ownership. *** ### Government Inspections Businesses may be subject to periodic inspections by the government to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
