This Privacy Policy explains what information the Dominion Development Bot (“Bot”) collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data. By using the Bot, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

* User IDs
* Guild IDs
* Channel IDs
* Role IDs
* Message IDs

#### **1.2 Support & Ticket Information**

* Transcripts (when enabled)
* File attachments (if supported)

#### **1.3 Application System**

* Application responses
* Submission timestamps
* Automated decisions and approval logs

#### **1.4 Moderation Logs**

* Warning records
* Kick/ban information (guild or global)
* Staff assignment information

#### **1.5 Server Configuration Files**

* Bot settings
* Channel assignments
* Role permissions
* Toggle options

### **2. How We Use The Information**

Collected data is used exclusively to:

* Operate core bot features,
* Respond to user requests (tickets, applications, etc.),
* Track moderation actions,
* Provide stability and performance improvements,
* Prevent misuse or abuse of the Bot.

We **do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose** data for any external commercial purpose.

* Data is stored securely in a database and/or configuration files.
