## **Dominion Development Discord Bot — Terms of Service**

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Dominion Development (“Bot”) and any associated services, features, or systems. By using the Bot, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

### **1. Acceptance of Terms**

By using the Bot, you confirm that:

* You have read and understood these Terms,
* You agree to be bound by them,
* You are permitted under Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

### **2. Eligibility**

You must:

* Have an active Discord account,
* Follow Discord’s platform rules,
* Not be banned from using the Bot.

### **3. Description of Service**

The Bot provides:

* Ticket management,
* Application handling,
* Automated moderation features,
* Global & guild-based ban systems,
* Announcement utilities,
* Server status features,
* Logs, embeds, and automation.

Features may be updated, modified, expanded, or removed at any time.

### **4. Permissions & Access**

The Bot may request Discord permissions including but not limited to:

* Manage Channels,
* Manage Messages,
* Read Message History,
* Send Messages,
* Create Webhooks,
* Add Reactions.

By inviting the Bot, you grant it permission to execute required functionality.

### **5. Data Collection & Usage**

The Bot may process the following data:

* User IDs,
* Channel IDs,
* Guild IDs,
* Message content (only when required for tickets or logs),
* Timestamps and event logs,
* Ban or moderation records.

Data is used ONLY for bot functionality and may be stored securely in a database.

**The Bot does NOT:**

* Sell data,
* Share data externally,
* Track private messages or unrelated channels.

### **6. Logging & Monitoring**

Certain actions may be logged, including:

* Ticket creation/closure,
* Bot commands,
* Application submissions,
* Moderation events.

These logs may be visible to designated server staff roles.

### **7. Prohibited Use**

You agree NOT to:

* Attempt to exploit or abuse the Bot,
* Modify, copy, or reverse-engineer the Bot,
* Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or defame anyone,
* Use the Bot to bypass Discord’s safety systems,
* Spam commands or automate harmful interactions.

Any misuse may result in:

* Automatic logging,
* Local or global bans,
* Loss of access.

### **8. Service Availability**

* The Bot may be offline at times (maintenance, updates, or outages),
* No guarantees are made regarding uptime or response speed,
* Features may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

### **9. Liability**

You understand and agree that:

* The Bot and its developers are not liable for damages, data loss, or disciplinary action taken by Discord,
* Usage of the Bot remains at your own risk.

### **10. Termination**

We may remove the Bot from your server or restrict your usage if:

* You violate these Terms,
* You misuse or exploit the Bot,
* You request removal.

You may remove the Bot from your server at any time.

### **11. Amendments**

These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes may be announced, but continued use of the Bot will indicate acceptance of any updates.

If you have questions, issues, or appeals, contact the bot developers through the designated support server or ticket system.
