#### **8.1.1 — Ownership**

1. Every vehicle must be **purchased or obtained through IC means**.

* ❌ *FailRP/Exploit:* Spawning a luxury car in your garage without IC payment.

***

#### **8.1.2 — Vehicle Customization**

   * Unrealistic body mods, glitched parts, or invisible vehicles are prohibited.
2. Allowed visual mods include paint, rims, window tints, and limited underglow (red, blue, yellow; no blinking lights).
3. Performance mods are allowed only if they exist within RP mechanics.

**Scenario Example:**

* ✅ *Correct:* Upgrading engine performance at a mechanic for RP currency.
* ❌ *FailRP/Powergaming:* Adding invisible speed mods or impossible performance upgrades.

***

#### **8.1.3 — Vehicle Usage in RP**

2. High-speed chases must adhere to **realistic physics and safety RP**:
   * Crashes cause injuries and disable vehicles as appropriate.
   * Running red lights in city zones is discouraged unless in pursuit or RP scenario.
3. Emergency vehicles must follow their designated IC protocols (sirens, lights, and safe driving practices).

**Scenario Example:**

* ✅ *Correct:* During a heist chase, a vehicle hits a barrier; occupants RP injuries.
* ❌ *FailRP:* Vehicle crashes but occupants are unharmed and instantly escape.

***

### **Section 8.2 — Property Management**

#### **8.2.1 — Ownership**

2. Gang safehouses and businesses cannot be exploited for repeated harassment or unbalanced power over other players.
3. Active property locations may be limited based on **PD/EMS presence** to prevent FailRP.

**Scenario Example:**

* ✅ *Correct:* Gang uses a warehouse as a planning site while respecting cooldowns and PD presence.
* ❌ *FailRP/Baiting:* Gang repeatedly ambushes players at safehouse with no IC reason.

***

#### **8.2.3 — Property Modification**

***

#### **8.3.2 — Trade & Looting**

2. Robberies, heists, and theft must respect **limits on loot, cooldowns, and victim protection**:
   * Cannot steal all items or OOC donation assets.
   * Loot must be portable and realistic for character capacity.
3. Bartering and trade of legal items may occur freely.
4. Illegal item trading must follow IC rules and faction limits.
