#### **Preamble**

Staff are the backbone of Dominion RP, responsible for **enforcing rules, assisting players, and fostering a fair and immersive environment**.\
This article outlines **expectations, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms** for all staff members to ensure integrity, professionalism, and consistency in their role.

### **Section 19.1 — Professional Conduct**

#### **19.1.1 — Ethical Behavior**

1. Staff must act **honestly, ethically, and transparently** at all times.
2. Personal bias, favoritism, or abuse of power is strictly prohibited.
3. All actions must reinforce **community trust and RP integrity**.

**Scenario Example:**

* ✅ *Correct:* Staff investigates a reported exploit impartially, using evidence and logs.
* ❌ *FailRP:* Staff ignores violations of friends or exploits powers for personal gain.

1. Staff must maintain **respectful, professional communication** with players and other staff.
2. Harassment, bullying, or OOC aggression is forbidden.

* ❌ *FailRP:* Staff publicly berates a player or teammate without cause.

#### **19.2.1 — Tiered Leadership**

Staff operate under **tiered roles**, each with specific responsibilities:

1. **Tier 1 — Ticket Support**
   * Respond promptly to player issues
   * Provide technical or IC guidance
   * Escalate when necessary
2. **Tier 2 — Discord Support**
   * Moderate channels and enforce rules consistently
   * Assist with community events and server onboarding
   * Maintain a welcoming environment
3. **Tier 3 — Administrator**
   * Oversee channels, permissions, and event operations
   * Support staff in rule enforcement and conflict resolution
4. **Tier 4 — Head Administrator**
   * Lead operations, mediate high-level disputes, and organize staff
   * Approve faction and event proposals
   * Ensure server stability
5. **Tier 5 — Management**
   * Develop long-term server plans and policies
   * Oversee finances, infrastructure, and staff training
   * Handle severe conflicts or rule interpretation
6. **Tier 6 — Owners**
   * Ultimate authority over server operations, policy enforcement, and staff appointments
   * Maintain overall server vision, long-term growth, and community standards

1. Staff are responsible for **assisting players** with:
   * Technical issues (login, connectivity, inventory errors)
   * IC clarification or RP disputes
   * Reporting incidents of FailRP or exploitation
2. Players may submit **tickets** for issues; staff must respond **promptly, respectfully, and with guidance**.

1. All investigations must include:

   * IC/OOC context for incidents

2. Moderate issues: escalated to Administrators or Head Admins
