#### **Preamble**

The Dominion RP rulebook is a living framework designed to maintain **immersion, fairness, and community integrity**.\
This article outlines **final guidelines, amendment procedures, and compliance expectations**, ensuring clarity, accountability, and longevity for all members and staff.

### **Section 20.1 — General Compliance**

1. **Obligation to Follow Rules**
   * All players, staff, and factions must adhere to rules outlined in Articles I–XIX.
   * Failure to comply may result in:
     * Warnings
     * Temporary suspension
     * Permanent removal or ban, depending on severity
2. **Faction and Role Compliance**
   * Players must follow both **general server rules** and **faction-specific rules**.
   * Non-members acting within a faction’s influence must respect its IC operations.
   * Violations may result in:
     * IC penalties
     * OOC enforcement if rules are abused
3. **Roleplay and OOC Boundaries**
   * Players must distinguish between IC and OOC actions.
   * OOC knowledge must **never influence IC decisions** (Metagaming).
   * Staff and moderators are responsible for enforcing these boundaries.

### **Section 20.2 — Amendments and Updates**

1. **Rule Revisions**
   * The server reserves the right to amend rules to maintain **balance, realism, and fairness**.
   * Amendments may be triggered by:
     * Exploit discoveries
     * FailRP trends
     * Feedback from players or staff
2. **Announcement of Changes**
   * All rule updates must be **announced on Discord and in-game** at least 48 hours before enforcement.
   * Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with updated rules.
3. **Historical Record**
   * Previous versions of the rulebook are archived for **transparency and reference**.
   * Staff may reference prior rules when assessing violations or appeals.

### **Section 20.3 — Compliance Enforcement**

1. **Monitoring**
   * Staff monitors gameplay, Discord, and IC interactions to ensure rule compliance.
   * Logs, tickets, and evidence are used to verify incidents.
2. **Consequences for Non-Compliance**
   * Minor violations: Warnings, RP redo, or cooldown adjustments
   * Moderate violations: Confiscation of IC items, temporary suspension, or extended cooldowns
   * Severe violations: Permanent bans, faction disbandment, or asset removal
3. **Consistency and Fairness**
   * All enforcement actions must be **evidence-based, fair, and documented**.
   * Players may appeal decisions through **proper channels** within 7 days.

### **Section 20.4 — Player Responsibilities**

1. **Rule Familiarity**
   * Players are responsible for **reading and understanding the full rulebook**.
   * Ignorance of rules is **not an excuse** for violations.
2. **Reporting Violations**
   * Players are encouraged to report:
     * Exploits or cheats
     * FailRP or metagaming
     * Harassment, discrimination, or abuse
   * Reports must include evidence and be submitted through staff channels.
3. **Active Participation**
   * Players must remain active IC and OOC to sustain server engagement.
   * Absence longer than 60 days may result in inactivity penalties unless approved.

1. **Oversight**
   * Staff ensures **rule enforcement, player support, and fairness**.
   * Documentation of incidents, tickets, and disputes is mandatory.
2. **Transparency**
   * Decisions, especially penalties, must be **explained and justified** to affected players.
3. **Professionalism**
   * Staff must act ethically, maintain impartiality, and lead by example in all IC and OOC interactions.

1. **Proposed Amendments**
   * Players may propose changes through staff-approved channels.
   * Submissions should include:
     * IC and OOC justification
     * Potential impact on balance and immersion
2. **Approval Process**
   * Amendments are reviewed by:
     * Head Administrators for balance and fairness
     * Management or Owners for strategic impact
   * Approved changes are **recorded and disseminated**.
3. **Implementation Timeline**
   * Standard amendments are implemented **within 7–14 days** of approval.
   * Emergency amendments (exploits, FailRP trends) may be immediate with staff notice.

   * Every player agrees to uphold a **respectful, fair, and inclusive environment**.
2. **Immersion First**
   * RP realism, FearRP, and IC consequence are **priority over OOC convenience**.

   * The rulebook ensures that Dominion RP remains **balanced, fun, and engaging** for all participants.
4. **Acknowledgment**
