# Zero Tolerance

### <mark style="color:red;">Overview</mark>

<mark style="color:red;">Discrimination of any kind is strictly forbidden on Euphoria RP. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or appearance. We are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive community for all players.</mark>

### <mark style="color:red;">Prohibited Behaviors</mark>

* <mark style="color:red;">Harassment or bullying targeting any personal characteristic.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Promoting discriminatory ideologies.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Posting discriminatory content anywhere on the server, including in chat, forums, or Discord.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Any and all disrespect towards our female members.</mark>&#x20;

### <mark style="color:red;">Consequences</mark>

* <mark style="color:red;">**First offense:**</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">Verbal warning or temporary mute.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">**Second offense:**</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">Temporary ban lasting from 24 hours up to 1 week.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">**Third offense:**</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">Permanent ban from the server.</mark>

### <mark style="color:red;">Reporting</mark>

<mark style="color:red;">All players are encouraged to report any instances of discrimination immediately via the designated reporting channels. All reports are taken seriously and will be thoroughly investigated by staff.</mark>
